People whom offer goods and services to apartment owners may apply to become Associate Members. BCAOMA Associate Members are a trusted group of vendors who have been recommended to us by other BCAOMA Members for their outstanding service. We offer the perfect opportunity for you to network with 1,200 potential clients within the rental industry.

Events

As an Associate Member you can attend and participate in trade shows and general meetings and you will have the opportunity to sponsor many of our events and publications throughout the year. Depending on your level of sponsorship, your organization will receive prominent recognition at each sponsored event.

Publications

Your company contacts will be printed in every edition of our quarterly magazine. Your company name will be listed in our Recommended Trades and Suppliers Handbook, our directory of Trades & Suppliers, which is distributed to our membership. You have the option to advertise in our publications for an additional cost.

Web Services

You will also have an opportunity to offer promotions to BCAOMA Members through our dynamic trades and supplies page in the BCAOMA website which you can update whenever you wish, to keep customers up to date on your latest promotions.

Educate BCAOMA Members

Your company has the opportunity to provide educational articles for our publications. Trades & suppliers are also given the opportunity develop an educational seminar that addresss the educational needs and interests of BCAOMA members.
