Dues

Regular Members

Membership dues are payable annually and cover the calendar year from January 1 - December 31. Dues are based on the number of rental units you represent:

$122 for those who own 1-5 suites,
$141 for 6-10 suites,
$152 for 11-20 suites,
$7.48 per unit per year for 21-100 suites,
$7.42 per unit per year for 101-150 suites,
$1092 per year for 151-500 suites,
$1180 per year for 501-999 suites, and
$1202 per year for 1000 suites, plus $0.25 per suite over 1000 to a max of $1500

Membership Dues are subject to a $25 application fee. Please see regular member application for further information.
